Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter May 1997, pg. 7. This is surprisingly yummy! And if you use plain non-fat Greek yogurt, it's zero Weight Watchers Freestyle points! I did add 1 point worth of aerosol Whipped Cream to each portion though and it was extra scrumptious! Very refreshing, and screams summer. I love the fresh berries in it. So yes 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter May 1998, pg. 5. This is DELISH! I will make this again and again. It was sooooo easy. And you get HUGE portions. I like how it rose too. Usually sweet breads, stay reletively flat. So I was expecting it to be kind of small portions. But, with baking it rose, and makes huge slices! Deffinately will be making this often! 5 stars!

Healthy Exchanges Food Newsletter, May 2008, pg. 4. I personally asked JoAnna for this make over of a cafeteria classic here in the midwest. Thankfully a reader, Ruth, already had one made up, she added a few ingrediants normally not in this dessert, but it still came out fantastic!
